This lovely Ben Zuckerman suit, in a dark wool, dates from the late 1950's.  The suit is subtle and is almost a 'uniform' that a well dressed woman of that era could wear to most events she might attend during the day.

This is an undated (though probably late 1950's) Ben Zuckerman suit. It's a vision- a very tight black skirt and a long pale jacket with black buttons down the front. The hat echoes the jacket with the hat band resembling the buttons of the jacket.

From 1957- a Ben Zuckerman dress and jacket in mauve and black.
The dress is fitted with a belt to define the waist and the jacket is cropped, further emphasising the waistline.
