'Highlight of the Ben Zuckerman collection was a little boy cutaway jacket suit, designed to be worn with the jacket open to reveal a frothy blouse beneath. This is of brown and white tweed.'

'Deep piled Nutria reversible jacket, companion piece to a dress of oatmeal tweed by Ben Zuckerman.'
Nutria is made from the coypu, which is a semi-aquatic mammal native to South America. It first became internationally popular as a fur in the 1930s, when it was worn by Hollywood stars

This lovely coat flares over a very tight fitting skirt or dress. It is beautifully accessorized by a cartwheel hat.

'Sure to be a star in the Cradle Benefit Fashion Show. The coat dress at it's most elegant. By Ben Zuckerman, it's in white camel hair, superbly cut for a more fitted look, and belted low. Hat of brown leather, with tortoise chain banding by Emme picks up the brown tones of the coat dress buttons.'

'Violet Bonner models a three piece Ben Zuckerman in Fashion Group's Fall Showing of important designers at the Blackstone Hotel.'
The Blackstone Hotel is a Beaux Art hotel dating from 1910. It was frequented by notable politicians and movie stars, and is still open to this day.
