This Ben Zuckerman coat, in pale blue belonged to Elizabeth Taylor and dates from the early 1960's. The coat is slightly empire waisted and has 3/4 length sleeves and a peter pan collar.
Miss Taylor was at the height of her fame at this time so it gives an indication of how well regarded Ben Zuckerman was for a star of her stature to wear his designs.
