This beautiful Ben Zuckerman outfit is from the 1950's. It is made of silk in an arty, painterly floral pattern. The dress has a typical 50's fitted waist and full skirt with a belt to highlight the waistline. The coat also has a full skirt. This outfit would have been worn to a wedding perhaps, or to go to church- it would have been worn with a co-ordinating hat and naturally, with little white gloves.
