This Ben Zuckerman suit was made for cocktail parties! It is made of silk with a raised velvet pattern to add interest.
The skirt is slightly flared and the jacket is double breasted with a nipped waist and a peplum.

From 1957- an ad for Anglo Fabrics Premier and Ben Zuckerman. This wonderful coat is in a heavy tweed and is double breasted with a peplum at the hips. It was made from Anglo Fabrics, which was a fabric mill that produced high quality materials.

This is an outstanding Ben Zuckerman suit in a carnation pink. It is made up of a short sleeved jacket with a half belt in the back, and button detailing on the cuffs of the sleeves. Interestingly, the opening of the jacket is like a polo shirt- it does not button the whole length of the jacket.
The skirt is also worth mentioning- it has two zips, one at each side. I have seen this type of skirt opening, but only in the highest end garments, ie couture Dior and Chanel. This gives a strong indication of how well made Ben Zuckerman clothing was.
This outfit was featured in Vogue in the 1960's, as seen here.

This is a gorgeous 3 piece Ben Zuckerman suit, comprised of a jacket, shell and skirt. The suit is made up of navy blue linen and would likely have been a summer suit. The skirt is pleated and is expertly made, as evidenced by the construction of the waist.
