A Ben Zuckerman advertisement from 1951, featuring a lovely coat worn in front of the Washington Monument- illustrating that while the fashion lines might be Parisian, the clothes themselves were solidly American.

Here is a lovely Ben Zuckerman cocktail dress, in sparkly stripes. Zuckerman was known as a coat and suit manufacturer but he did make dress, albeit very tailored ones like this one in silk and wool. It has 3/4 length sleeves and bright buttons to the waist.
The dress was sold at The Needlecraft, Boardwalk, Atlantic City, which was, no doubt a high end boutique.

This truly lovely Ben Zuckerman cocktail suit is a delight in shocking pink. It features a dress and matching jacket, with in all likelihood a matching shell (probably heavily beaded). The jacket is single breasted with a beaded collar and decorative buttons and the dress is knee-length with a tulip shaped skirt. Perfect for wearing to a ladies lunch or for a cocktail party.

The Pale Suit, Now Playing it straight.
A beautifully structured straight fall of flat pale wool, in a paleness somewhere between fawn and grey- the long, vertical lines marked off by rows of gunmetal buttons. The planning here is all subtlety and charm.... the narrow set-in sleeves, narrow flip of collar: the offhand pockets in the skirt; the jacket's quiet little finale of welt seaming- this, restated in the sleeves. Suit of brushed wool broadcloth by Ben Zuckerman. Gloves by Fuchs, Bracelets, heavy spirals of gold, from Tiffany, Adolfo's wrapped kerchief of shiny brown leather.

This is a lovely Ben Zuckerman coat dress in ivory wool. It has elbow length sleeves, patch pockets, hidden buttons and a belt that is elasticated in the back. It is very substantial, and the wool has a ribbed pattern.
