This is a jacket, likely once part of a suit in a rich brown with chocolate brown accents. The collar is velvet and the buttons are wrapped in cord. This jacket reminds me of an equestrian jacket- it looks sporty but still feminine.

This is a summery Ben Zuckerman dress- quite a departure from the usual suit and coats that he is best known for.
This dress is still fairly tailored, and would have in all likelyhood had a coat or jacket to acessorize with.
