A Ben Zuckerman ad from 1953 featuring a coat and suit.

'Opulence in fashion and fabric. A coat and suit with twirl-as-you-will lei of sable linked with the new Broadcloth look by Anglo.'

The suit and coat co-ordinate wonderfully and both feature tiny waists, while the suit has a tight skirt, the coat has a full skirt.

Both outfits are made from Anglo Fabrics- 'The Background of Fashion'. Anglo Fabrics was located in Webster, Mass which closed its doors in 1998.

From the Reading Eagle, September 1965- A Zuckerman suit in what looks like a boucle wool.

The jacket is really interesting- it has patch pockets right at the hem as well as one at the bust.

The jacket is fastened by a button and a seperate piece of material on top of the opening. The jacket has a nehru collar.

This is a Ben Zuckerman coat dress in black silk faille which features a 'scarf' that can either be worn slung over the shoulder or worn in the front of the dress.

The dress has a great lining in iridescent gold silk.
